Jessie J had to go to the hospital again after her breast cancer surgery. She clarifies her fans about the diagnosis.
British pop singer Jessie J (37) announced that she had to go to the hospital again. In several stories from this Sunday, she explained the reason for her hospital stay.
For a photo from the hospital bed with an infusion on her arm, she wrote: “How I spent the last 24 hours. Six weeks after the operation, I was back in the same station as after the operation. Neither expected nor planned.” She further explained: “I still had and still have symptoms that indicated a blood clot in the lungs. Thank God it is not a blood clot.”
Jessie J hated hospitals
The doctors had carried out many tests that finally “an infection (I still try to find out which one) showed some fluid in the lungs,” said the musician. “I have caused breathing difficulties, but I released myself last night (I hate being in the hospital) and will continue the examination on an outpatient basis. […] The all -clear was and is incredible, but this result neither accelerated nor easier to recover from the operation. “
The renewed hospital stay for her is “a memory of myself to take it slow, even if I feel like I feel like a snail. It is not a quick recovery. And it shouldn’t be.” The slow pace is a difficult to accept reality for her because she loves to “move me, work and be awake and active, but at the moment it is not possible, and that’s how it is”.
The singer has previously spoken openly about her health. In mid-July she said in an Instagram post: “On Saturday it is four weeks since my breast cancer surgery. I feel good. Some days are tougher than others,” Jessie J wrote about a collage of black and white photos that she and her two-year-old son Sky show in the studio. Their mobility has returned, but the pain is still noticeable. “I will get a little more myself every day. Mentally now gets me in.
In June, the 37-year-old had made public that breast cancer was diagnosed with her. Shortly afterwards she informed her fans that the tumor could be removed in a mastectomy and that the cancer had not spread further.
