But he is working on his charity projects, supports the initiatives for gun limitation and the UN.” She was sure that he would also play smaller roles in smaller films. “He will choose that very well. But it no longer has to be for months in Berlin-Babelsberg. He loves Berlin. But that’s just too long. And he loves to play golf. He has become really good.”

In the interview, Zeta-Jones also looked back at the first meeting of the two at the film festival in Deauville in 1998. “He told me that he wanted to be the father of my children. I found that a little outrageous. He was shot down a bit.” But then the two had experienced “a wonderful journey of life together”. “Our children are the joy of our lives. I also love my married family very much. But 25 years are incredibly quick.”
