Denise Richards appears at Aaron Phypers

The divorce between Denise Richards and Aaron Phypers takes dramatic twists. On Sunday the police moved out to Phypers’ estate.

The rose war between Denise Richards (54) and Aaron Phypers (52) has a new chapter: Last Sunday, the police moved to Phypers’ estate in Calabasas, after almost an incident between the ex-partners.

As and report, the officials were called to the house on Sunday afternoon, which Phypers shared with his parents and his brother after Denise appeared. When the police arrived, she found “no evidence of a crime”.

Sources reported “TMZ” that Richards should have appeared unannounced and is said to have hammered against a back door. Phypers is said to have left the house immediately because he was worried about the injunction that his ex had applied for against him for domestic violence.

Dispute with the family?

Richard’s lawyer Brett Berman said in a statement that the 54-year-old had not violated an injunction. “On August 3, 2025, after she had made sure that Mr. Phypers was not present, Ms. Richards entered the house to get her dogs after learning that Mr. Phypers had put one of her other dogs to sleep without her knowledge or permission,” the lawyer said the suspected reason for Richards’. According to “TMZ”, after entering the house, there was a heated argument between Richards and Phypers’ parents and his brother, which, however, remained without consequences.

Already in a March episode of her bravo reality show “Denise Richards & Her Wild Things”, the 54-year-old spoke about her “confusing” life situation. Phypers’ parents and his brother have been living in the common house for over three years, which is why Richards rented three separate rental apartments – as an office, studio and sleeping place for themselves and their daughters. “If Aaron and I want privacy, we sleep in the studio. We are scattered everywhere,” she said at the time.

Allegations of violence and Dementi

Richards had applied for an injunction for domestic violence against Phypers. She accused her of the husband of having physically attacked – and therefore submitted photos, among other things, the attacks that she accuses him of. On July 16, a California court of Richard had awarded the disposal against Phypers. As a period of the latest alleged assault, Richards named July 4th to 14th – exactly the period in which Phypers had submitted the divorce on July 7th.

The two were separated in accordance with Phypers’ divorce proposal on July 4 due to “insurmountable differences”. In her application, Richards demands that her husband cover the legal costs and the costs caused by the alleged misuse and take part in a 52-week program for violent offenders. The couple married in 2018.

In a statement that is available to the US magazine “People”, the 55-year-old rejected all accusations. In a statement, Phypers emphasized: “Let me make it clear: I never physically or emotionally abused Denise – nobody else. These accusations are completely wrong and deeply hurtful.” He also emphasized: “Denise and I, like many couples, have experienced our proportion of challenges, but every indication of abuse is categorically untrue. I have always tried to tackle our marriage with love, patience and respect.”
