Animated pop stars encourage to listen: A song from the streaming summer hit “KPOP Demon Hunters” is now also in the first place in real German single charts.

The pop song “Golden” of the fictional Girlgroup Huntrix (also written Huntr/X) from the Netflix animated film “KPOP Demon Hunters” has reached the first place in the official German charts. “” KPOP Demon Hunters “is the pop cultural phenomenon of the hour,” said GfK Entertainment on Friday in Baden-Baden. “There is no way past the three demon -hunting singers.”



In addition to “Golden” on the one, six more songs from the animation musical are placed in the single charts: “Your Idol” (place 15), “How it’s Done” (17), “Soda Pop” (20), “Takedown” (29), “What it sounds like” (30) and “Free” (53).


The soundtrack as a whole is in second place in the album charts. The new number one for the albums is Pink Floyd founding member Roger Waters with the live work “Roger Waters: This is not a drill-live from prague”.




Kolja Goldstein’s last record “Kouwe Ouwe” debut in third place. In fourth place is US singer Reneé Rapp (“Bite Me”) and on the five of the German rapper Amo (“SSJ”).


Before Weekly winner Gzuz meanwhile slipped to 15th place with his “shard house”.


Back to the single charts again: The rapper Aymen and the music producer Sira are now in third place after a number one week with “30 times a day”. Alex Warren is in second place with his hit “Ordinary”, who was eight weeks of first place this summer.

Fourth place (as in the previous week) goes to Zartmann (“Tau me on”) and fifth place to Amo & Aymen (“Love All Night”).
