Gil Ofarim got married again
In April the musician was on stage for the first time after the anti -Semitism scandal – in front of a small audience. Now there was a private highlight.
Musician Gil Ofarim (42) married Monrepos in the Ludwigsburg Baden-Württemberg Ludwigsburg. His management confirmed the wedding in the evening. The “picture” had previously reported. It is Ofarim’s second marriage.
In April, after the anti-Semitism scandal, Ofarim had given his comeback on stage: in Bochum he played a club concert in front of around 200 people. According to his management, Ofarim lives in Baden-Württemberg.
In October 2021, the musician raised allegations of anti-Semitism against a Leipzig hotel in a video. He had said that a hotel employee asked him to lose his chain with Davidstern so that he could check in. The video spread strongly on social networks. Ofarim later filed a complaint, but the hotel manager also defended himself and showed the musician for defamation.
Process was discontinued
Of the district court in Leipzig, Ofarim, son of the 1980s star Abi Ofarim, who died in 2018, finally made a confession and apologized. The procedure was discontinued. The musician had to pay an amount of 10,000 euros as a requirement.
Ofarim had his breakthrough in the late 1990s with a photo-love story in the youth magazine “Bravo”. At that time he became a teen star with English pop songs-and also laid the foundation for his later TV career (“Let’s Dance”, “The Masked Singer”).
