Harry and Meghan are not new faces at the streaming provider Netflix. Now there is a new contract.

Harry and Meghan have extended their collaboration with the streaming provider Netflix. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex had signed a multi-year so-called first look contract, said her production company ARCHEWELL Productions. The message was published on the Netflix website.



With such a contract, the streaming provider secures the first right to projects by Prince Harry (40) and his wife Meghan (44), for example, films and television programs. The two are “proud to extend our partnership with Netflix,” said Meghan, according to the announcement. “Harry and Meghan are influential voices, the stories of which are well received by spectators worldwide,” said Netflix manager, Bela Bajaria responsible for content.

The “AS Ever” brand, under which Meghan jam and other luxury foods such as wine, is also said to be part of the collaboration.


Christmas special from a cooking show planned




After their resignation from the royal family five years ago, Meghan and Harry had already concluded a contract with Netflix and brought several projects to the screen. The second season of Meghan’s cooking and back show “With Love, Meghan” is to appear after this month. There should also be a Christmas special in December. The reviews of the first season were rather behavior in Great Britain.


Archewell Productions are currently also producing a documentary about orphans in Uganda, which is to be released later this year on Netflix. Further projects of different genres are in “active development”.
