Leonardo DiCaprio was checked by the police in Ibiza – despite his status as one of the greatest Hollywood stars.
Leonardo DiCaprio (50) had to undergo police control, as video recordings from Ibiza show that are available. Together with his partner Vittoria Ceretti (27), the actor visited a party by the Spanish actor Arón Piper (28). But before he could enter them, DiCaprio was searched by police officers.
Police check was mandatory
The control was by no means a random measure. Together with other guests, including Kylie Jenner (28) and DiCaprios for long-time friend Tobey Maguire (50), the 50-year-old was waiting to be scanned. He wore a completely black outfit of T-shirt, pants and baseball cap, while his partner combined a white top with a mini skirt.
“Every single person was scanned and their identity checked,” also reported a source and added that many prominent personalities were at the party. However, the Spanish police officers initially did not recognize DiCaprio. “It’s funny, they looked twice and then he went in,” continued the source.
DiCaprio has been in a relationship for two years
Leonardo DiCaprio and Vittoria Ceretti are said to have been a couple for around two years. They are seen together again and again, but their relationship is largely from the public.
In March of this year, however, the 27-year-old made an exception and gave a rare insight into her relationship with the Oscar winner. “As soon as you are in a relationship with someone who has a larger fan base than yourself, you become a ‘friend of’ or to the ‘friend of’ to be precise. And that can be extremely annoying,” said the Italian.
“Suddenly people talk about you as the girlfriend of so-and-so that was the ex of so-and-so,” she said. It is not nice if you couldn’t love who you want to “” just because people attach a label “. However, it is a fact that you get used to: “This is something you learn. If what you experience is real, if you know that you love yourself, there is no reason to be worried. Because love protects and gives trust.”
