The reality TV actress Eva Benetatou (33) is shocked by the forest fires in Greece. From the vacation she reported to her fans on Instagram on the location on site. “I don’t know where to start and where to end. I feel like I feel like a horror film,” she wrote in a story that was now deleted. The events of the past three days have given enough material “for its own soap,” she explained.
The time -out started “fantastic” until the horror scenario unfolded on Sunday. “My heart beats at full speed and fear trembles in me,” she made her concern. In other stories, she shared pictures of the fires that also rage in her home tiered Kefalonia and Preveza. “The tragedy does not come to an end. Not only my home country, but also my homoing are on fire,” she wrote.

In the area around the port city of Patras, she witnessed how the fires broke out. “We were here yesterday for medical reasons,” she said. In her statement, too, she wrote that the fires are “unfortunately not everything” that she is concerned. She had to gather first and would then educate her fans about “what happened here and what we have experienced the last few days”. She couldn’t think clearly and the vacation is “with such a mindset and pain no longer a vacation for us”.
On Saturday she posted a video that showed her on the beach of Kathisma Beach on the island of Lefkada. She also shared a clip from the plane with son George (4) a few days earlier. She has the son with ex-partner Chris Broy (36).
The extent of the destruction
The fire on the island of Chios should rage particularly strongly. Strong winds work against the extinguishing measures. The situation is also tense near Patras and Romanos. The fire on the island of Chios, in the Patras area, on the island of Zakynthos and in the northwest of the country are said to have destroyed 10,000 hectares of land, forest and bush areas.
