“With Love: Will there be a third season?

Duchess Meghan (44) has just released the trailer for the second season of her Netflix show “With Love, Meghan”, which will already be seen at the streaming service at the end of August. The second round of the lifestyle show coincides with another big announcement: Meghan and husband Prince Harry (40) have extended their collaboration with Netflix. So can fans hope for season three of them?

The Duke of Sussex recently signed a new, multi -year contract with Netflix through their production company Archewell Productions through their production company Archewell Productions. This confirmed that the previous cooperation, which according to media reports should end in September, will continue and expand.

However, the new deal is no longer an exclusive contract, but only a so-called first look deal. This is a kind of preference right that is distributed in the entertainment industry, and in which it is usually promised that a certain distributor or service is the opportunity to secure production. Netflix, above all, gets the chance to show a film or a series of Sussexes exclusively. But this also means: If Netflix is not interested, Archewell Productions must be sought a film rental or another streaming provider.

So far there is no clear answer to how “with Love, Meghan” continues. Officially, a third season was neither announced nor confirmed. In any case, there should be a holiday special for the show in December.

Shortly after the premiere of the first season in March, the second season was announced. The new episodes have already been turned off, again directed by Michael Steed. Netflix not only acts as a production partner, but is also closely connected to Meghan’s lifestyle brand AS Ever, whose products are prominently placed on the show.

The first season of “With Love, Meghan” was called up to a total of 5.3 million times worldwide and thus reached 383th place in Netflix’s global ranking of the most watched series in 2025. The second season will be available from the streaming service from August 26th.

In addition to the lifestyle show, Meghan and Harry are working on other Netflix projects. Among other things, the documentary “Masaka Kids: A Rhythm Within”, which accompanies the life of an extraordinary community of orphans in Uganda, is planned. A film adaptation of the bestseller novel “Meet Me at the Lake” by Carley Fortune is still being developed.
