Sam Asghari ties against Kevin Federline
What does Britney Spears’ third ex-man Sam Asghari think of the planned memoirs of his predecessor Kevin Federline? Apparently not very much.
Kevin Federline (47) wants to unpack in his memoirs “You Thought You Knew” about his marriage to pop star Britney Spears (43). This in turn commented on her youngest ex-husband Sam Asghari (31) with a swipe against his predecessor.
Asghari describes Federline as a “professional father”
In a clip shared on August 16 of “TMZ”, a photographer asked the former personal coach what he thought of Federlines coming book. “Well, he was a professional father,” replied Asghari in front of the trendy West Hollywood theater “The Abbey”. Then he added: “It would be the first book to explain to you how you can be a professional father.”
Born in Iran, it seemed to play on the maintenance payments that Federline received from Britney Spears for many years. The 47-year-old has had the full-time sons Sean (19) and Jayden (18) since October 2007. After 17 years, the singer made the last maintenance payment of $ 20,000 in November 2024 – after the youngest son had become 18.
Memoirs are to be released in October
Federline, who was married to Britney Spears from 2004 to 2007, announced the publication of the memoirs “You Thought You Knew” for October 21 at the beginning of the month. “This book is extremely intimate and transparent,” he wrote in the press release. “I realized my greatest dreams, had to be finished with devastating lovesickness and was constantly abandoned while I became the father that my children needed when they experienced emotional turbulence continuously.”
After the unfortunate relationship, in the course of which Spears suffered a much -noticed breakdown, Federline married Victoria Prince, with which he received two daughters. With his ex-girlfriend Shar Jackson, he also has two adult children.
Before Sam Asghari lasted only two years
Spears was briefly married to her childhood friend Jason Alexander in 2004, but the marriage was quickly resolved. Years after her separation from Kevin Federline, she met her third husband Sam Asghari by working on her music video “Slumber Party”.
In 2021 the two foke, Spears suffered a miscarriage in May 2022. “We have to announce in deep grief that we lost our miracle baby early in pregnancy,” they said in a joint explanation. “This is a devastating time for all parents. Perhaps we should have been waiting for the announcement until we have already progressed. However, we were overjoyed to be able to communicate the good news.”
The couple married shortly after the sad news in June 2022, but the marriage ended in 2024 with a divorce.
