The Hollywood couple Michael Douglas and Catherina Zeta-Jones have four houses together. The actress finds this “not exaggerated”.
Catherine Zeta-Jones (55) thinks that the possession of four houses is “not exaggerated”. In an interview, she rather emphasized that the various residences were “very comfortable”.
Preferential for real estate and vintage fashion
The actress spoke to the “Sunday Times” about the real estate that she and her husband Michael Douglas (80) have – two houses in New York, one in Canada and one in Spain. “I know that sounds very much, and I love to surround myself with beauty, but it is not exaggerated, but very comfortable,” said Zeta-Jones about the four properties.
The actress from “The Mask of Zorro” also spoke about her love for murders. “I go to all vintage shops in Paris. I buy things that you will probably never wear, such as a wonderful cloak, just great pieces. I love classic Yves Saint Laurent at the moment. Evening dresses inspire me.” She doesn’t like to spend a lot of money on normal jeans and white T-shirts. “But when it comes to couture, beautiful pearl embroidery and artistry … I love the theater of fashion.”
She has already passed this passion on to daughter Carys (22). “She loves my wardrobe,” the mother of two told the magazine. “I probably have the largest Fendi baguette pocket collection, and she just found more in my mother’s house. I have everything, from jeans to pearls to sequins.” She received many of them from Carla Fendi (1937-2017).
Silver wedding in November
On November 18, the Hollywood couple, who also has son Dylan (25) in addition to daughter Caryy, can celebrate his 25th wedding anniversary. One of your secrets for long -term marriage? “We do not listen to the crap that is written about us is the main thing. And we respect our freedom, we are independent souls. We are very similar; we were born on the same day, 25 years apart.” In addition, they would not be afraid of conversations. “I wear everything open and he too, and that’s good.”
