Princess Kate and Prince William: vertebrae for their planned move

Invertebrae for your planned move

Princess Kate and Prince William are causing vertebrae with their moving plans. Two families should have moved out of obvious cottages.

At the weekend it became known that Prince William (43) and Princess Kate (43) want to move from Adelaide Cottage to the larger, around six kilometers away, from Adelaide Cottage this year. But the plans in Great Britain cause vertebrae. Apparently two other families had to look for a new home.

“They hadn’t expected that”

The British newspaper that two families were asked to leave their cottages next to the manor house at the beginning of summer so that William and Kate with their children George (12), Charlotte (10) and Louis (7) can live undisturbed in the property. The cottages, which were converted from the Forest Lodge stables, were apparently rented out by the Crown Estate, and the tenants are said to have been “surprised” when they were asked to move out.

The newspaper quoted a “well -networked source” with the words: “They hadn’t expected that.” However, the request is understandable: “The houses are very close to the lodge, and if members of the royal family live there, they certainly don’t want anyone to live there.” The tenants were therefore told that they should move out. “I guess you have been assigned a different place, but they were told that they had to move.” It is assumed that no evacuation notices were delivered and the tenants have already moved to comparable or better apartments in the 4,800 hectare Great Park.

Forest Lodge is said to be a “eternal home”

The 328 -year -old Forest Lodge is a listed building with stucco decoration, marble chimneys and Venetian windows. It should offer eight bedrooms. The property also includes several cottages, a large pond and a tennis court. As “The Sun” reported, it should be the long -term place of residence of the crown prince family – even after his throne, William does not want to move to the Buckingham Palace to London with his wife and three children.

For three years, the royal family has been living in the cozy but much smaller adelaide cottage with four bedrooms. The move is scheduled to take place in 2025. Before that, however, the new home should be renovated. Because the last renovation of the lodge has been 24 years ago.
