“Only once” star Isabela Ferrer accused Justin Baldoni of harassment in the legal dispute around Blake Lively.

The actress Isabela Ferrer (24) gets deeper and deeper into the bitter legal dispute between Blake Lively (37) and Justin Baldoni (41). The 24-year-old, who embodies the young version of LIVELYS character Lily in the bestseller adaptation “only once” (original title: “It ends with us”), now raises accusations against the director and leading actor of the film.

Ferrer’s lawyers have therefore submitted a sharply formulated statement to the court. In it, they accuse Baldoni of putting and harassing them under pressure with a recently submitted summon. There is talk of “malicious tactics with the aim of harassment” by Ferrer. The young actress asks the court to reject Baldoni’s application and impose sanctions against him.

Second summon causes trouble

The conflict broke out due to a summons that Baldoni had won against Ferrer. His lawyers apparently claimed on August 12 in an application that the actress was unavailable and did not respond to her contact attempts. Ferrer contradicts this. After Ferrer had already received a summons of Lively’s lawyers in February and handed over the corresponding communication, Baldonis team now tried to gain access to their documents.

Blake Lively had filed a complaint about sexual harassment against Justin Baldoni in December. It accuses him of misconduct and revenue -based defamation campaign – accusations that the opposite side vehemently contests.

Allegation of pressure

According to Ferrer’s handover of documents to Blake Lively, Baldoni and his employees had “illegally tried to take control of them”. His new summons overlap significantly with Lively’s demands, according to the lawyers. “Baldoni has not tried to cut the summons to new or other materials,” says the brief.

The real goal is to “put pressure on Ferrer” – also by the public distribution of addresses, “the Ferrer’s residential address could have been”. This type of behavior is “not new” of Baldoni, her lawyers warn. So far, Baldoni’s lawyers have not responded to a request from “People”. A process in Lively’s lawsuit against Baldoni is scheduled for March 2026.
