In the middle of other controversy around his person, Prince Andrew apparently receives symbolic support from King Charles.
Prince Andrew (65) reported to his brother King Charles III. (76) connected to the Balmoral Castle in the Scottish Highlands for its annual summer vacation. The York’s Duke is also accompanied by his ex-wife Sarah “Fergie” Ferguson (65).
Family meeting in the Craigowan Lodge
The couple is said to be housed in the seven-room Craigowan Lodge, one of the favorite houses of the late Queen Elizabeth II (1926-2022). The joint daughters Princess Beatrice (37) and Princess Eugenie (35) are also expected to be on site with their families at a later date.
The invitation of King Charles and Queen Camilla (78) comes at a remarkable time: Only last week the new revelation book “Entitled” by the author Andrew Lownie, which contains new explosive claims about Andrew and his relationship with the convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein (1953-2019).
Royal tradition is continued
The annual summer stay in Balmoral was an estimated tradition of the Queen who died in 2022, which King Charles now continues. In addition to Andrew and Sarah, other high -ranking Royals are also expected: Prince William and Princess Kate with their common children George (12), Charlotte (10) and Louis (7) as well as Prince Edward (60) and Duchess Sophie (61) should soon arrive.
