The judgment in the Austrian fraud process led by Jimi Blue Ochsenknecht (33) has fallen – and the actor should be satisfied with the result. The responsible judge imposed a fine of 18,000 euros, which Ochsenknecht accepted with his lawyer after just brief advice. Up to three years in prison would theoretically have been possible, by means of the actual judgment, it is not even considered a criminal record.



He now has six months to pay the full amount. Only if this has happened did the procedure be officially and legally established. “If you do not pay the 18,000 euros, the procedure will be continued automatically,” warned the judge Ochsenknecht, just not to get back into delay with the payment. “I do my best to pay for it quickly”,

The actor is accused of taking hotel services worth almost 14,000 euros in a hotel in Kirchberg at the end of 2021 and then not paid. On June 25, 2025, Ochsenknecht was arrested at the entry at Hamburg Airport. After that, he then settled the outstanding sum thanks to the help of his ex-partner Yeliz Koc (31), but it still occurred.

The Hanseatic Higher Regional Court checked the case and decided at the beginning of July that there was nothing in the way of delivery to Austria. The Attorney General also gave the green light. In the following days, the TV star was laid by several German correctional facilities until the delivery finally took place. Shortly afterwards he was released on the deposit, but had to stay in Austria until the process.
