Jimi Blue Ochsenknecht is sentenced to a fine of 18,000 euros

The fraud process against Jimi Blue Ochsenknecht by a hotel bill for a long time has ended with a fine for the actor. The Innsbruck district court decided that the 33-year-old had to pay 18,000 euros. The decision is a form of process settlement possible in Austria, in which the defendant gets away without judgment and without a criminal register entry.

In the morning, Ochsenknecht had entered the courtroom in front of many female fans. The media interest was great.

Jimi Blue Ochsenknecht had spent several days in a Tyrolean hotel at the end of 2021. According to the hotel operator, he celebrated his birthday there. The four-star operation in Kirchberg near the Bavarian border charged almost 14,000 euros for overnight stays, food in the restaurant and transport services.

Ochsenknecht did not pay the amount for years – even after he had been sentenced to payment by a civil court, it was said before the negotiation from the Innsbruck public prosecutor. It was switched on by the hotelier at the end of 2024 and then issued a European arrest warrant.

When the actor was asked by the judge whether he was guilty, he replied neither with a clear yes nor with a no. Instead, he said: “I would generally take responsibility for not paying.” He apologized to the head of the Tyrolean Hotel affected, he said. Then he apologized to the public.

The son of the actor Uwe Ochsenknecht and his former wife Natascha was arrested at Hamburg Airport at the end of June. Shortly afterwards, the hotel bill was paid-financed by Ochsenknecht’s ex-girlfriend and mother of his daughter.

At the beginning of July, Jimi Blue Ochsenknecht was delivered to Austria. The transport led over several German prisons. In Innsbruck, Ochsenknecht was finally released for deposit.

From the public prosecutor’s point of view, it was a case of severe fraud that can be punished with a fine or up to three years in prison. Ochsenknecht took advantage of services, although he could not or did not want to pay it, the judicial authority said.

“I have to stand up for my misconduct and have the responsibility and the consequences,” the former children’s star (“Die Wilden Kerle”) wrote in an Instagram story. He would never have let it go that far if he knew “how far it is,” he admitted with a view to the hotel bill.

Jimi Blue Ochsenknecht remained present on television despite his judicial problems. Most recently, he was seen in the Sat.1 reality show “Villa of the Temptation”. It was turned before his arrest. The aim of the candidates was to forego luxury if possible.

In mid -September, new episodes of the series “These Oxenknechts” are running on Sky and WoW. According to Sky Germany, Jimi Blues arrest and delivery according to Austria should also be an issue in the series of the actor family.
