Stefan Mross pauses at “Again and again on Sundays”. But on the folk music Sunday of the public service broadcaster, he is omnipresent.
The past week was not an easy for the popular moderator and folk music star Stefan Mross. His mother Stefanie died on Wednesday night at the age of 85. For this reason, Mross’ ex-wife Stefanie Hertel took over the moderation of his ARD show “Again and again on Sundays” on Sunday morning. But at the folk music day the public service broadcaster, MROSS was present in their thoughts.
Kiwi in the “ZDF television garden” with an emotional message for Stefan Mross
At 12 p.m. the extremely popular Sunday show “ZDF television garden” started on ZDF. In wonderful weather on the Mainz Lerchenberg, moderator Andrea “Kiwi” Kiewel addressed Warm words to Stefan Mross at the beginning of the shipment.
“Stefan, we know that you and your family are living through difficult times. And I just wanted to tell you: I, the whole ‘television garden’, is in your thoughts. We loved you,” said Kiwi directly in the camera to her colleague.

And of course MROSS ‘ex-wife Stefanie Hertel, who went on the air on the air with her representation show from “and again on Sundays” in the first one at 10 a.m., did not forget her grieving ex-husband.
“Dear Stefan, I can only say at this point: I can totally feel your grief,” she started her message to Mross. And further: “We all, here in the ‘always on Sundays’ arena, my family and I, we are now very, very firm with you. We are thinking about you.”
Hertel had taken over the moderation of “always on Sundays” “at the express request” by Stefan Mross, the Südwestrundfunk (SWR) said on Friday. That is “a sign of cohesion, especially in difficult times”.
Stefan Mross has been presenting the ARD show “Again and again on Sundays” from the Europa-Park in Rust since 2005 and welcomes changing guests from the hit scene in the summer months. The live broadcast on August 24 was the penultimate of the current season.
