MG: Music is an essential part of my life and my work. The vinyl has that warm sound and that physical connection that reminds me a lot of the artisanal cocktail bar. Incorporating fairs and DJ sets in vinyl was a way of adding a language more to the experience of the bar, something that is not only heard, but also lives.
