Journalist: What interested you from this universe of the corporation, ambition and greed, how did this theme appear?
Nathan Cusnir: This business universe touches me personally since for many years I directed an SME. While a commercial activity is governed by rules, it is immersed in a country context, ours, which with its comings and turns, with its regulations and deregulations, has become a kind of battlefield or a true theater of life. On the other hand, a more objective look led me to think that in some way the values of a society and also period issues are expressed. In other times he got to work in a place, he took career and finally one retired. That does not exist today. The work aims to tell something of this process of change that occurred in the 80s. From then on excessive profit (there are people whose fortune exceeds GDP of entire countries), they charge extreme relevance, in contrast to poverty and carelessness of the environment. Q.: How do you see theater and culture?
NC: Peoples if they do not have access to culture are in danger, due to lack of knowledge and education, to choose their representatives badly. There is the possibility that they are allowed to be mocked by siren songs or by projects as delusional as that of the “state”, in replacement of a state that, we must recognize, it worked very badly for many years. The solution goes through a deep self -criticism and the correction of the mistakes made.
