The initial hearing was set for 09:30 in charge of the court made up of the judges Andrés Basso, Javier Ríos and Fernando Machado Peloni. The accusation falls to prosecutors Carlos Rívolo and Alejandra Mánganoresponsible for holding charges against the television producer.


According to the investigation, heart integrated a criminal organization that recruited men, mainly minors, in order to “force them and submit them to various practices of a sexual nature, abuse and exploit them sexually, promoting their corruption and prostitution. ”

Resolutions prior to trial
The judges Mariano Hernán Borinsky and Gustavo Hornosof room IV, they dismissed the appeal that tried to stop the start of the trial.
