Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce announced their engagement and posted pictures of the application. It looks like Travis Kelce Swift’s thoughts have read.
“It’s a love story, baby, just say yes”sings Taylor Swift In one of their most famous songs, “Love Story”. Now the song has become truth. Swift said yes. To football star Travis Kelce, who went to her knees in front of her and asked her the question of all questions. “Your English teacher and your sports teacher will marry”so the two on Instagram. An allusion – of course – on the professions of the two and their song “So high school”.
Taylor Swift is a romantic
The engagement took place in the garden on the Kelce estate in Kansas, surrounded by pink and white flowers. And the setting looks like Kelce read his girlfriend’s thoughts. Because Swift is considered a hopeless romantic. In 2009 she was aimed at her good friend, singer Selena Gomez with a tweet. “There are still true love. This is not just something we come up with when we are nine years old. I have to believe in that. You too”said Swift back then. Now both women are engaged and plan their weddings.
In her texts too, Swift always comes to the big one Love to speak. She addresses her broken heart and that she can still be successful (“I can do it with a broken heart”), romantic feelings (“And isn’t it just so pretty to think, all along there was some invisible string, tying you to me?”) or an application and wedding itself (“I like Shiny Things, but i’d marry you with paper rings”). Shortly after the two photos of the engagement published, Swifties already made the first comparisons. So they felt at the sight of the flower garden to the visuals of the album “Lover” Reminded. In the photos for the work, Swift sits alone in a garden, surrounded by pink and white flowers.

Travis Kelce put the engagement perfectly on her
“The ‘Lover’ prophecy was fulfilled”commented on a Swiftie directly on the net. Taylor Swift is known for hiding references to your fans in your texts and also on social media. Numbers and numbers also play a huge role in their world. Your lucky number is the 13, Kelce wears the number 87. Together they result in 100, the two recently revealed in his podcast “New Heights” – of all things 13 days before they announced their engagement. It can’t be a coincidence, according to most Swifties.
Traditionally, the man plans the application and surprises the woman with it. It was said to have been with Travis Kelce. The setting of the engagement and the date of the announcement, however, fit so well with Taylor Swift that it almost looks as if she had her fingers in the game. But, let’s say goodbye to any cynicism: Swift and Kelce have searched and found that not only prove their lucky figures, which together result in round 100. The Queen of Romance has found her king or hers “Romeo”how you yourself in “Love Song” sings. And in the end, her Romeo did not apply with a paper ring, but with a self-designed gold clunker, which of course also fits perfectly with his vintage look with Swift.
Romance, flowers, staging – is that all too beautiful to be true? If you think that, you should listen to Swift’s music canon again. Or take your tweet from 2009 to heart: “There are still true love. This is not just something we come up with when we are nine years old.”
