Housing in Munich is scarce. Unless you are wealthy. The currently most expensive property on the market is available for 27.5 million euros – and offers a lot.
It is “Currently the villa with the highest offer price on the Munich market”is it[calledThelocalonerecentlyaddedhertohisportfolioThevillaisanoldmanorhousefromthetwentieswhichwasrestoredandre-equippedforfouryearsbeforethepandemicTheresultcosts275millioneuros-andisthereforeanexceptionalcaseevenforGermany’smostexpensiverealestatemarket
But how does it live there? The house offers pretty much everything your heart desires on four floors and 1015 square meters of living space. It has a total of 15 rooms and nine bathrooms. The special amenities include a fireplace room, a cinema, a hammam, a large kitchen with beige, a winter garden and a fitness area. There are also eight parking spaces for vehicles.
In every room there are exclusive floor coverings, including historical parquet, marble or dolomite. Despite the almost hundred-year history of the house, you don’t have to do without comfort: the living rooms and bedrooms have underfloor heating, a passenger elevator brings the residents from floor to floor.
Exclusive house in an exclusive Munich location
If you get warm with the equipment and the color concept, only the enormous price stands in the way. In this case, you not only pay the property, but also its location. The house is at the Duke Park in Munich-Bogenhausen and thus on the already very expensive plaster. From there you can quickly be in the city, but just as quickly in nature.
The property is hardly visible from the street, the neighbors should also have their problems with the densely overgrown garden to observe the residents.
Small downside: the building is listed. This makes changes to the property significantly difficult and brings some duties. It remains to be seen whether this is really a problem for people who spend 27.5 million euros for a house.
