With emotional words, Rebecca announces my farewell to “Taff” on Instagram.
Rebecca me stops at “Taff”. With one, the moderator turned to her fans and officially made the end of her 13 years of work for the ProSieben magazine. “This is one of the most difficult posts I have ever done. Maybe even the most difficult,” she begins her emotional message.
The ex- “GNTM” candidate finds clear words for her decision: “After over 14 years at ProSieben, 13 years at ‘Taff’, the time has come to break new ground.” This step is easy for her: “I stop at ‘Taff’ with a heavy heart. And you can’t even imagine how difficult it is.” The face of the popular show has shaped me since 2012 and leads from Monday to Friday through the latest news from the celebrity world.
“‘Taff’ was my TV family”
For Rebecca Mir, the popular show was much more than just a job. “‘Taff’ was not just a show for me, but my TV family,” she writes in her post. They had shaped the years at ProSieben: “I was allowed to laugh, learn, grow and work with people who have become friends.”
The moderator also looks back: “I am proud of everything we have achieved together. And my heart and head are full of countless wonderful memories.” Her conclusion is: “I just had a great time on ‘Taff’.” Nevertheless, she is optimistic about the future: “Now I’m looking forward to all the challenges and challenges and everything that comes.”
Rebecca Mir: From “GNTM” to the TV icon
Rebecca Mir’s career started spectacularly at “Germany’s Next Top Model” in 2011, where she took second place. Just a year later, she started at “Taff” and developed into one of the most formative faces of the show. In addition to her moderator activity, she also made a name for herself as an actress and can be seen regularly in TV shows.
In private, she found her luck with professional dancer Massimo Sinato, whom she met in 2012 at “Let’s Dance”. The couple has been married since 2015 and lives with the son at Mannheim. How it goes on for Rebecca will remain open for now.
