In Stockholm, Hazel Brugger performed with an English-language comedy set for the first time-under the eyes of Abba-Star Björn Ulvaeus.
Switzerland, Germany and most recently all of Europe have already inspired Hazel Brugger (31). Now the popular comedian has first performed with a comedy set in English. At the premiere appearance in the Swedish capital Stockholm there was a very special star guest in the audience. Brugger’s show did not miss a lesserer than ABBA legend Björn Ulvaeus (80).
Björn Ulvaeus apparently liked Hazel Brugger’s comedy show
visited Ulvaeus, who once founded the Super Pop Group Abba with Agnetha Fältskog (75), Benny Andersson (78) and Anni-Frid Lyngstad (79), together with his wife Christina SAS (53) the presentation of the Stockholm Fringe Festival. They are said to have laughed a lot and applauded, a person from the audience reported.
A common photo of Ulvaeus and stand-up comedian Hazel Brugger was also created on the occasion. “Yesterday a B from Abba visited my show in Stockholm. I never thought that I would say this sentence,” wrote Brugger.
ESC presenter Sandra Studer supported in Sweden
During her sold -out appearance in Stockholm – the event facility takes around 500 people – Brugger was accompanied and supported by her ESC moderation colleague Sandra Studer (56). Studer, who was also on stage at the Eurovision Song Contest 2025 in Basel together with Brugger and was also on stage – supported by Michelle Hunziker (48) – at the comedy appearance as a stylist.
She also shared a photo with ABBA legend Ulvaeus as well. In the post -text, Studer thanked Brugger and wrote: “You were amazing – at the first appearance in English! What a joy and a privilege to be there with you.”
