A new life in Poland begins on Monday for Anna and Gerald Heiser. After the farm handover, Anna Heiser talks about her emotional situation.
Anna (35) and Gerald Heiser (40) have completely said goodbye to their farm in Namibia. After the “Bauer sucht Frau” couple left his farm two weeks ago, the handover took place on Friday. “It’s over. It’s really over,” said Anna Heiser in an Instagram story.
The farm had not heard its husband for several days, but now it officially went to the new owners. “I don’t want to mourn anymore, I think I cried enough,” she added. She completed the chapter two weeks ago. “But Gerald had to go again today and that was of course hard for him,” continued Heiser.
Her children were difficult to say goodbye
Farewell was also difficult for the common children, Leon and Alina – “especially for Leon because he understands a lot”. He hoped that his kindergarten friends visit him in Poland. Heiser wrote this wish. Many of them are “at least once a year” in Germany and would travel to Poland.
On Monday, the family moves to Anna Heiser’s home in Namibia after several years. Anna and Gerald Heiser still live in Windhoek. While Anna Heiser spends the rest with the children there, her husband is meanwhile with his friends at his “annual motorcycle weekend”.
New beginning in Anna Heiser’s home
In 2017 Anna and Gerald Heiser met in the RTL dome show “Bauer sucht Frau”. In 2018 they celebrated their wedding in Anna’s home in Poland and a few weeks later in Namibia. Anna Heiser moved to her husband’s farm, where she welcomed her son Leon at the end of January 2021. Daughter Alina was born at the end of November 2022.
In February this year they announced that they would sell their farm. In an RTL interview, Gerald Heiser said that the farm was no longer economically worth it. Now they move close to Anna Heiser’s family to the north of Poland. Gerald Heiser could imagine a job on a boring rig, as he explained in the interview. As a farmer, he no longer wants to earn his money.
