What is it like to moderate a show together with your partner, Amira Aly?
Work with your partner? No problem for Amira Aly. In an interview on “Germany’s Dümmster celebrity”, she spoke about the shooting together with Christian Düren.

Amira Aly: To be honest, I was more excited than skeptical. The chance of doing this together was totally happy.

How did you prepare for it? For example, have you practiced together at home?
We sat down on the evening before and practiced a little, but we talked through more basic things. It was important to us that it did not seem too rehearsed, but that we remain real and spontaneous.
What was particularly important to you as a moderation team?
That the fun is always in the foreground. We wanted to create an atmosphere in which everyone can laugh, whether on the sofa, in the studio or directly on stage.
Christian Düren said in an interview that he was probably the common part with “Germany’s dümmster celebrity” and they would rather have pity with the prominent candidates. How do you see the distribution of roles?
He is right there. I’m just someone who immediately feels. When an answer went wrong or someone got into stumbling, I often had the impulse to comfort or cheer up. Christian was sometimes more consistent, but what worked great, exactly this mixture made the show alive.
Working with his partner also carries a certain risk. How harmoniously did they go between them in the studio?
Of course you will discuss, that is part of it. But at its core we agreed how we want to tackle the show. In the end, it harmonized very well.
Do you have any tips on how to take professional differences home if possible?
I don’t have big tips because we really had hardly any differences. And if something was, we addressed it directly – done. I think that’s the most important thing anyway: job is a job, at home is at home. This separation makes a lot easier.
Will there be further cooperation with your friend after “Germany’s Dümmster celebrity”? Which format could you imagine?
Why not? We both noticed that we work well together. Of course it has to fit and be fun, but I don’t rule out that something comes again.

Amira spoke about her first meeting in her own podcast “Hey Amira”. Then you can look for someone else. I am through with everything. ‘” At the time she just thought: “I just let the man talk, I can get it.” You should be right. The relationship between the two lasted for seven years, four years of marriage. Two children emerged from it.

They are currently working on a large project privately. You built a house. What are you particularly looking forward to when moving?
I’m right in the middle of it. The house is, a lot of furniture has already moved in and gradually my personal things also find their place. I am looking forward to it when everything is finally finished, rest and I can enjoy my new home to the fullest.
