Harry’s aversion to lobster could actually be familiar. Because the animals are among the food from which members of the Royal Family are supposed to keep their hands. The former royal butler Grant Harrold revealed that shellfish on the plate is taboo for the royals. “When eating, the royal family has to be careful with seafood because of the risk of shell poisoning. These are usually not on the royal menu,” he said. For the same reason, the royals are not allowed to eat raw meat. The risk of food poisoning is simply too great.

But that’s not all. There are some other culinary rules that are adhered to. So Queen Camilla herself revealed that garlic is also a no-go. King Charles III is for another ban. especially responsible. He stroked the French specialty Foie Gras from the menu. The type of manufacture of the stuff liver is considered cruelty to animals.
