Ben Stiller and Christine Taylor announced the end of their marriage in 2017. Because of their children, both moved back together at the beginning of the pandemic – that was not without consequences.
Comedian Ben Stiller (56) and actress Christine Taylor (50) have found each other again in lockdown.
“It’s been really wonderful for all of us,” Stiller, who has a 19-year-old daughter and 16-year-old son with Taylor, told Esquire magazine. “We broke up and got back together and we’re happy about that.”
Both announced their separation in May 2017 after 17 years of marriage, but moved back together in spring 2020 so that Stiller could continue to see the children in lockdown. “Then, over time, it evolved,” Stiller explained. The rediscovered love was unexpected, he said. “And one of the things that came about in the pandemic.”
Stiller and Taylor met while filming more than 20 years ago and have made several films together, including the comedies Zoolander and Zoolander 2.
