Tina Ruland has been without alcohol for a year. Most of the time without any problems – but she really dreamed of a certain drink.
It should only be a short break – now it has become a year. Actress Tina Ruland, 58, known from the “Manta Manta” films with Til Schweiger, has not touched a drop of alcohol for exactly twelve months, as she proudly revealed. Their voluntary waiver was originally part of the ARD documentary “Alcohol Detox-The Challenge” and should actually only take four weeks. However, over 50 have already become, and an end is not planned for the time being. Because the TV star has discovered some new sides-as Ruland says, she is “so happy with it”.
Tina Ruland dreamed of a glass of rosé
The first month was apparently the most difficult for the star. What Ruland encouraged to hold out at the time was “her own pressure in competitions”. However, she almost weakened during a vacation, as she honestly admits: one evening she “dreamed of an ice -cold rosé on the beach at sunset”. But she remained steadfast – “even though my friends drank alcohol”.
In terms of health, she feels the waiver primarily to the fact that your energy level “has been much higher since then”. At first she was still concerned that she would need the alcohol to get in a party atmosphere. In the meantime, however, she has noticed that the exact opposite is the case and that she could now “party much better”.
It is also a pleasant side effect that she no longer has to worry about a hustle and bustle next day. Also, she no longer has a loss of control and “always knows 100 percent what I do – both in a positive and negative sense”. Her enthusiasm for the new lifestyle suggests that she will only dream of ice -cold rosé in the future.
