The fourth edition of Burguerpalusathe festival that brings together the best hamburgers in the country and the world, already has a confirmed date and format. This year, it will be held in two unmissable dayswhere the titles of “Better Argentina’s hamburger” and “Better Festival hamburger”.
Organized by The Food Truck Storewho this year was recognized among the 25 best hamburgers in the world according to the ranking of experts Burguer Doubes; and for this 2025 edition it promises to exceed all expectations. On this occasion, it will take place in two days: on September 20 and 21 in Tribuna Plaza, within the Palermo, CABA racecourse, with an agenda loaded with surprises and activities designed to enjoy friends or family.
Looking for the best hamburger in the country
Rodo Camera, creator of TFTS and Burgerpalusa, already launched the process of Pre -selection of national hamburgers that will compete for the local title.
In order to share the experience, make visible the hamburger culture nationwide, Rodo comments: “For this year we decided to document this step by step, give us the time and space to just be able to enhance the quality we have in Argentina and publicize everything that their makers do in every corner of our beautiful country.”
A new edition that promises
As in each year, the Line Up pretends a wide range of activities that go from expert talks, live shows and games, to the traditional Hamburger walk that this year redoubles the commitment with the presence of great restaurants that pay tribute to the hamburger and will present their exclusive proposals. Pony Line, Acid, Picarón, Oli Café, The Food Truck Store (23rd position of the world by Burger Dudes) Gordo Vegan (vegan option) and bachanal of Chaco (option without TACC); together with the winners of the federal competition 2024, Harlem of Rio Negro and Smashclub of Mendoza; that obtained the vote of the jury and that of the people respectively.
In this edition, George Motz returns in the entire world, present in the “100 best” ranking of the New York Times, and this time will be presented with the experience ”Masterclass George Motz”With exclusive entrance and limited quotas, where their fans can become protagonists and cook next to the hamburgers guru. There will be three master classes of an hour and a half each, divided into both days, in which participants can improve the“ Smash ”technique and taste what is done, with the guidance and accompaniment of the mythical hamburger master.
A jury of experts such as George Motz, Santiago “Sandals” Burgers, Chamber Rodo, and other specialists in the field will have the enormous challenge of testing all the proposals of the finalists, score and announce at the close the winners of the 2025 edition.
This year the winner for “vote of the jury” will take a trophy, gastronomic equipment and $ 2 million pesos in McCain fries. While the one who takes the award for “people’s vote” will win the trophy, also gastronomic equipment and $ 2 million pesos in professional milkaut cheese. In turn, the hamburger chosen by the jury will be present in the TFTS menu during the month of October at all branches.
The closure of Saturday will be pure rhythm with the DJ Set Polenta added to the presence of musicians such as Hernan and the League Champion, and for the last day the totoras are added on the central stage, where the winners of each competition will be announced.
