Ex-business partners accuse Priscilla Presley. Did she go to her ex-husband Elvis Presley through financial pressure?
Priscilla Presley (79) is accused of causing the death of her ex-husband Elvis Presley (1935-1977). The former business partners Brigitte Kruse and Kevin Fialko have supplemented their original $ 50 million lawsuit against the widow of the King of Rock’n’Roll.
Followed court documents, the plaintiffs claim that Priscilla had “exerted an improper pressure on Elvis and urged him to death”. As a reason, they state that Priscilla had entered a lien on the legendary estate Graceland on April 29, 1977 – less than four months before Elvis’ death on August 16, 1977.
The lawyer speaks of “absurd” allegations
Priscilla’s lawyer Marty Singer decidedly rejected the allegations in a first statement. “These claims […] are absurd and ridiculous, “he told” TMZ “. The defense lawyer added sarcastically:” We expect you to say in your next application that Priscilla was responsible for the death of John F. Kennedy. “
The plaintiffs accuse Priscilla of significantly benefiting from the divorce agreement with Elvis in 1973 and still making further financial claims. The application states that she “enriched itself and blackmailed millions of dollars from Elvis before imposed on the lien to the family property.
Further accusations in the family conflict
The extended lawsuit contains additional allegations regarding the death of Elvis’ daughter Lisa Marie Presley (1968-2023). Kruse and Fialko claim that Priscilla ended the life -supporting measures for her daughter, although Lisa Marie is said to have had a living will to extend the life.
After Lisa Marie’s death, her daughter Riley Keough (36) took control of the inheritance and became a co -owner of Elvis Presley Graceland Estate after PRISCILLA paid a compensation for settlement of the dispute. Priscilla describes the application as a “calculating sociopathe” that exploits the presley name for personal profit. Elvis was her “first victim”, according to the accusations of the former business partners.
That’s what the core of the argument is about
The original legal dispute is about allegations of financial abuse and is actually even directed against Kruse and Fialko. Singer said the new allegations should only distract from the actual case: “Brigitte Kruse and her accomplices are accused of being exploited by Priscilla Presley and having misappropriated a million dollars.” He described the procedure as “abuse of older people and embezzlement of assets”.
