Donatella Versace was among the grieving people who said goodbye to Giorgio Armani in Milan.
The Italian fashion designer Donatella Versace (70) has given Giorgio Armani (1934-2025) the last honor. With dark sunglasses, a black costume and a bouquet of white flowers, she appeared on Via Bergognone in Milan. There, the coffin of the deceased designer was laid out in the Armani/Teatro in the darkened room and in the middle of a sea of lights. Donatella Versace joined many well -known personalities, including Milan Mayor Giuseppe Sala (67).
Versace had previously recognized the designer on social media. On a black and white picture of Armani, she wrote: “The world has lost a giant today. He wrote history and will be remembered forever.”

The Armani group announced the death of its founder on September 4.
