ARD presenter Valeska Homburg (46) has a new job. The TV journalist is moving to Bundesliga club Bayer 04 Leverkusen and will be the new head of the media and PR department there from July 2022. “I’m very thankful for 20 years at ARD and I’m looking forward to my new job at Bayer 04 Leverkusen starting in the summer,” Homburg said.
For her it is a new, very interesting job with challenges and creative opportunities “at a seriously run club that puts a lot of trust in me”. Homburg has been working mainly for ARD for around 20 years and has already reported on the soccer World Cup and the Summer and Winter Olympics.
