Birthday letter published on Epstein

A spicy greeting card: US Democrats have published a document that Donald Trump allegedly wrote to Jeffrey Epstein in 2003.

Democratic members of the House Oversight Committee in the US House of Representatives have a scanned copy of a supposed birthday card by US President Donald Trump (79) to the convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein (1953-2019).

The document is to come from a so -called “Birthday Book” – an album that was compiled for Epstein’s 50th birthday in 2003 and contains numerous greeting messages from acquaintances and friends of the former financier.

Trump’s contribution made public is explosive because it contains a clearly sexual allusion. A fictional dialogue between “Donald” and “Jeffrey” is recorded on the map, framed by a drawing in the form of a naked female silhouette. Trump’s characteristic signature is emblazoned at the bottom. The text ends with the words: “Happy birthday – and may bring another wonderful secret every day.”

Trump himself vehemently denies that he has ever written this greeting. As early as July 2025 reported on the document, the President reacted in sharp words and sued the newspaper to $ 10 billion due to defamation. According to Trump, he had neither written a letter for the album nor made a drawing.

In addition to the birthday album, the supervisory committee should have more than 33,000 pages on judicial and financial documents in connection with Epstein. Democratic MPs therefore call for increased transparency and an uncensored handover of all the documents that are still retained. At the same time, some Republican MPs are also urging a vote to oblige the Ministry of Justice to publish almost all files.

The album itself is part of a more comprehensive collection that was handed over to the congress after Epstein’s death. In addition to the alleged Trump greeting, it also contains contributions from other prominent personalities, including former politicians, business magnates and lawyers.
