After around five months, Prince Harry England paid a visit again. In Nottingham, however, few people wanted to experience him live.
Day two of Prince Harry’s England visit (40). On Tuesday, the Royal visited the Community Recording Studio (CRS), a facility in North of the capital London, a facility that trains young people in film, video and music production. , however, the interest of the public there was comparatively low in his visit. Only around 100 people are said to have gathered to greet Harry, who came 45 minutes later than previously announced.
Little interest in visiting Prince Harry
That is in contrast to Harry’s visit to Nottingham in 2017. At that time, for the first time in the city, he performed officially together with his today’s wife and then fiancéed Duchess Meghan (44) – and hundreds of onlookers wanted to experience the couple.
However, it remains unclear whether Harry, who is supposed to be in his country of birth until the end of the week, with King Charles III. (76) will meet. Harry’s father is currently at the Balmoral Castle in Scotland, where he spends his summer break, but is supposed to travel to London regularly for his cancer treatment. There are currently no official statements for a possible meeting of Harry and Charles.
Prince William, meanwhile, on the road in London
In the Community Recording Studio of Nottingham, Harry met with social action groups and local charity organizations. He will also announce a generous donation for the charity organization Children in Need of the BBC.
Yesterday Monday, Prince Harry initially honored his grandmother Queen Elizabeth II (1926-2022) on the third anniversary of her death. At Windsor Castle, he put down a wreath for the late monarch. Later in the day he celebrated the 20th anniversary of the charity organization Wellchild in the Royal Lancaster Hotel in London. Harry has been the patron of the organization for years.
Harry’s alienated brother Prince William (43), however, stayed in the Lambeth district of London on Tuesday, around 200 kilometers away from his younger brother. There he attended the youth organization Spiral Skills, which supports young people and should help to break through circuits of exclusion and unemployment.
The HomeWards initiative, launched by the English heir to the throne, made new financial resources available to the organization. A meeting of the two brothers while Harry’s stay in England is extremely unlikely.
