Game Olympiad for a good cause: The annual “Ferrero Kinderag” is also there for the stars to remember.

School excursions, sports, and carefree days – at the “Ferrero Kindertag” in Berlin, the most beautiful memories of earlier were awakened at the celebrities. Ralf Schumacher, Ross Antony, Diego Pooth with his girlfriend Louisa Büscher and Evelyn Burdecki could be infected by the exuberant mood of the 50 children from three Berlin Archs and chatted about their own past.

For him, the most beautiful thing about the childhood of the former Formula 1 pilot Ralf Schumacher (50) was extraordinary excursions, as he tells in the interview: “The competitions in different locations or if you drove somewhere as a school class, it was always something special.”

At the action-packed Olympics in the Atelier Gardens Berlin, Schumacher took over the role of team captains as one of the celebrities and cheered on his protégés in the bobby car race, ceiling ball and obstacle run. It quickly became clear: the competition spirit remained. “Of course you already compete to win – but it is a bit different with children. The ambition is no longer that strong,” said the ex -racing driver.

Soon offspring at Diego Pooth?

“Losing is just as much a part of life as they win,” says the reigning “Let’s Dance” winner Diego Pooth (22). For him, childhood embodies one thing: “I think it’s so nice that as a child you have no inhibitions, you don’t really care what others think. You just pull your thing through.” His girlfriend Louisa Büscher (23) shines at the sight of the raging children. Your most beautiful memory of childhood? “I think getting together with friends after school, be it on the soccer field or on the playground. Just have fun with as many as possible, be free and forget everything around it.”

“Nobody can do as well as Louisa with children. She has a knack there, that’s incredible,” enthuses Pooth. Despite the Büscher’s educational talent, the couple does not yet think of their own children: “We still have time to worry about it. We have had a small puppy for five months now. It’s almost like a child – a lot of work, but it also pays everything out because it is so cute.”

Ross Antony raves about carefree childhood

Entertainer Ross Antony (51), who himself has two children with husband Paul Reeves, is also enthusiastic at the event: “I had such a wonderful childhood. I have so many great memories.” The event reminded him of earlier times and sports days at school: “We had no worries. That was the best thing about it. We could really do everything we wanted without the parents knew it. And it was just pure fun.”

In order to let his own children grow up, Antony decided to keep them out of the public. One has seen “recently with other families who have put their children in the spotlight that the child was not good. We want our children to grow up normally, that is very important to us.” If the children could decide about it themselves, they should have their own experiences, says Antony.

Ferrero Kinderag has been taking place on September 20 on the occasion of the World Children’s Day and enables children from social institutions a day full of games, fun and community.
