On Sunday, September 21, from 12 a.m. to 4 p.m., the celebration begins with the seasonal launch brunch, designed by Julieta Caruso, which highlights fresh ingredients such as asparagus – the spoiled of the time -, peas, beans and strawberries. The diners can choose between sweet and salty options to the letter or a four -step menu with choice dishes. In addition, from Sunday you can enjoy the station cocktail, spring equinox: Italian Kir Royal, creation of the Head Bartender Flavia Arroyo with Diego Zelaya, Ambassador of Fabbri Argentina. Inspired by the Urban Garden of the restaurant, it carries Campari, Amaraena Fabbri, strawberry, calendula flower and sparkling wine. The celebration continues on Wednesday, September 24, starting at 7:00 p.m., with the spring party.
