After Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck have stayed on a villa, the property should be back on the market.
The former Hollywood dream couple Jennifer Lopez (56) and Ben Affleck (53) have been trying to get rid of a common property in Beverly Hills for a while. In the meantime, the two stars are apparently ready to accept a clear loss. The villa, which was taken from the market a few weeks ago, is now offered for only $ 52 million.
A loss of almost nine million dollars
If the villa is sold at this price, it would be a loss of almost nine million US dollars for the former couple. The two are said to have acquired the property in May 2023, when they were still together, for just less than $ 61 million. Originally, Affleck and Lopez, according to the reports, wanted to bring the villa to the man or woman for $ 68 million since the summer of 2024.
“On the one hand, they hoped to sell the property, but on the other hand they also hesitated to make a big loss,” said an insider. “You reduced the price to arouse more interest, and when this was not the case, you were advised to take it off the market. It was a business decision that you made together.” The ex-herself had previously reduced the price to $ 59.5 million.
Possible new owners can expect a villa with twelve bedrooms and 24 bathrooms, a bar, a fully equipped gym, a boxing ring and basketball and pickleball places on the property. The garage offers space for twelve cars. There is also a guest penthouse and accommodation for caretaker and security personnel.
After around two years of marriage, Lopez submitted the divorce from Affleck in August 2024. The two are said to have separated in April. Divorce has been official since the beginning of 2025.
