Prince Harry probably thinks about returning to England

The renegade Royal Prince Harry apparently thinks about returning to England. The reason: his children Archie and Lilibet should experience the British community.

Prince Harry, 41, surprisingly sent signals for a possible return to Great Britain at the “Wellchild” Award in London. The Duke of Sussex raved about the “community” in his homeland in an interview with the musician Joss Stone, who moderated the event and emphasized the quality of the British school system.

After five years in California, Harry apparently seems to be seriously thinking about returning to his homeland. “He spoke of how wonderful the schools are here and how important community is for children,” Joss Stone reported to the British weekly magazine “Hello” after the event. The moderator moved back to England from the USA a few months ago – Harry was very interested in this step.

Approach with father Charles

The foundation for Harry’s possible return was already laid during his recent visit to London: In early September, after a year without a visit, he met King Charles (76) for almost an hour in his house to drink “private tea”, as the BBC palace confirmed. The prince then left the royal residence visibly relaxed and later announced in a good mood, his father was “great”.

The fact that the two men talked longer this time is a sensation in court circles. Since Harry’s move with his wife Meghan and his son Archie, now six years old, in 2020, personal conversations had become rare. One reason for this may have been the public attacks in interviews, a Netflix documentary and Harry’s autobiography “Reserve”.

Prince Harry still connected to England

Prince Harry made no secret of his connection from the awards to Great Britain – if only because he is still extremely committed there. For 17 years he has been the patron of the organization “Wellchild”, which supports seriously ill children and their families. “Helping other people also helps you,” he explained his motivation. “This is important for the perspective … that’s what I will teach my children and hopefully everyone else does it.”

Since he himself is a father of Archie and the four -year -old Lilibet, everything has changed: “It is emotional enough not to be a parent and see what these families go through. But when you have your own children, when you expect your own children, it really hits you,” says the prince.
