Harry Styles ran the Berlin Marathon-under the wrong name

But that is …? Exactly: British pop star Harry Styles mingled almost undetected among the participants of the Berlin Marathon. However, under a pseudonym.

As a pop star, you usually have to be quite fit: swirring over a stage for two hours, still having enough breathing air to sing, and also strenuous trips from city to city. That takes good condition. So it is not surprising that someone like Harry Styles, 31, is sporty. It is interesting that the Brit is so serious about physical upgrading: at the weekend he took part in the Berlin Marathon. And didn’t even hit bad.

Under the alias “Sted Sarandos” (we would like to know how this cover was created-maybe a tribute to the Netflix-Co-CEO Ted Sarandos?) And with the start number 31261, the former one-direction member lined up in the field of participants. And he actually successfully finished the 42.2 kilometer run.

Harry Styles at the Berlin Marathon

As the Berlin “Tagesspiegel” reports, Styles managed the route in a good 2:59:13 hours and landed in 2240. Within his age group, this means 523. To classify: 55,000 starters ran overall. The winner was the Kenyan Sabastian Sawe with a time of 2:02:16 hours.

Styles obviously had no desire to be recognized as a celebrity – but his eagle -eyed fans had already spotted him in the past few days while jogging in Berlin and suspected the singer’s participation in the marathon. Because it is not the first time that the 31-year-old is concerned with such a project: in March he was already running at the Tokyo Marathon in Japan. However, he still needed 3:24:07 hours for the distance. Apparently he has trained diligently in the meantime.

Love happiness as a motivator?

Maybe happiness in love also spurs him on? The Briton was recently seen together with actress Zoe Kravitz. That was granted to him-but at the next Berlin marathon we would like to cheer him on under the “Harald Steil” names. Okay, Harry?
