Apparently, Duchess Meghan has a new job in prospect: In England she was offered her own show at a radio station. She confesses, she loves “grandma songs”.
Will Duchess Meghan soon return to the born of her husband Prince Harry on the radio? The Duchess of Sussex has now been offered a radio broadcast at the Magicfm station in England. The offer took place after the 44-year-old revealed in her own Netflix series “With Love, Meghan” that she “missed the radio station most to the UK”.
Thereupon Paul Sylvester, who is responsible for MagicFM’s program, explained on Tuesday at an industry conference: “The offer is: If the Duchess wants to moderate a show, she is very welcome.” When a user quoted this statement on X some time later, Sylvester confirmed his offer in a comment, he said: “That’s exactly what I said.”
Some celebrities are currently working for the MagicfM radio station, such as singer Ronan Keating or All-Saints member Nicole Appleton. Duchess Meghan reveals in the third episode of the current, second season of “With Love, Meghan” in an interview with guest star Tan France: “To be honest, I miss the radio stations, Magic.”
Duchess Meghan stands on oldies
When the fashion designer, who is a Briton himself, asked whether she thinks Magic FM, affirmed Meghan. France then mocked: “Magic fm? Wow. I’m sorry that I say it so publicly, but that’s a broadcaster for Grandma.”
“I will be this grandma,” Meghan replied and continued that her current favorite broadcaster in the car is called “Mom Jeans”. There would be “old songs” where “you can sing along and that you had almost forgotten. I love it,” said Meghan.

That would match the Magicfm profile. The station plays “the best mix of the 80s to the present day”.
Duchess Meghan himself shared, which she played on the set of “With Love, Meghan” to “hold the vibe”. There are many popular songs of the past on the playlist such as “Dancing in the Moonlight” by King Harvest, “I Wanna Dance with somebody” by Whitney Houston or “Lovely Day” by Bill Withers.
