Taylor Swift obtained an injunction against her alleged stalker. He tried to break into her house three times.
Taylor Swift (35) obtained an injunction against a suspected stalker that will apply for the next five years. According to court documents, the superstar had filed a lawsuit at the Los Angeles County Superior Court on June 6th.
The 45-year-old man is said to have tried three times in July 2024 to penetrate Taylor Swift’s house. In an incident, Wagner is said to have “worn a glass bottle that could have been used as a weapon”. The explanation states that Wagner appeared again at home on May 21 and 22 this year. He claimed that he had “seen a friend”.
Stalker claims to have a child with Swift
According to the enacted arrangement, the alleged stalker Swift’s apartment, vehicles and jobs must avoid and must not contact them in any way. He was also prohibited from possession of firearms. According to court documents, the man comes from Colorado and did not appear personally for the hearing.
The alleged stalker is said to have previously made a series of “untrue and the reality of released” statements. These include the claim that he lives on Swift’s property that they are in a relationship and she is the mother of his child.
Swift’s security team created a report on the man’s criminal record. It says that he had previously been imprisoned and had written numerous letters to Swift during this time, in which he described his “falling in love” in her and the “romantic relationship” that he had in his opinion.
He is also said to have tried to redirect mail from your apartment and successfully changed the address from his driver’s license to yours at the vehicle registration office. Swift’s security staff became aware of this when the driver’s license said was sent to the star’s apartment by post, reported USA.
Not the first stalker
It is not the first time that Swift obtained an injunction against a person. In 2014 she applied for an injunction against a man who threatened her and her family. He is said to have claimed to be married to Swift, and said that he would “kill every man who stands in the way of his supposed relationship with her”. According to court documents, he is also said to have visited their houses in Nashville and Beverly Hills.
In 2018, a man entered Swift’s house in Tribeca, used her shower and made a nap in her bed before he was arrested. The same man broke in again in 2019 and reported the apartment. In 2022, a man raced into her building with his car, jumped out of the car and tore off a intercom on the door when trying to penetrate her apartment.
