Marc Terenzi moves in at “Celebrity Big Brother”
New life, new stage: Marc Terenzi hires at “Celebrity Big Brother” and wants to show himself from another side. It shouldn’t be boring – the singer has a lot to tell.
Boy band singer Marc Terenzi dares to start a fresh start after turbulent times and move into the “Celebrity Big Brother” house. The 47-year-old is one of the candidates of the new season, as Sat.1 announced on Monday. The reality format begins on October 6 (8:15 p.m., Sat.1). In addition, there will be a 24-hour livestream from October 4th.
For Terenzi, once a member of the Boygroup Natural and husband of Sarah Connor, it should be returning to reality TV. In 2017 the singer, who was born in the United States, won the RTL jungle camp.
There he had blossomed into a crowd favorite with a likeable language mixer (“The rules are The Regels and we have to keep them”).
Finally, Terenzi experienced some ups and downs privately. In 2022 he came together with moderator Verena Kerth, in 2023 he made a marriage proposal. In 2024 the couple announced the separation, in 2025 both met again in court and Terenzi was acquitted of the accusation of intentional bodily harm to Kerth. According to Sat.1, he also has a hospital stay for withdrawal and mental health.
New phase of life – under permanent observation
Terenzi sees “Celebrity Big Brother” as a fresh start. “I want to be the new version of myself and hope that people like me as I am now,” he said in a Sat.1 interview. “I am no longer the wild rock star of the past, but someone who has started a new life.” Among other things, he opened an ice cream parlor in Mallorca.
In addition to the singer, Sat.1 announced more “Celebrity Big Brother” residents. In the Kamera’s permanent house in Cologne, actress Doreen Dietel (“Dahoam is Dahoam”), reality size Paco Herb (“Love Island”), TV star Pinar Sevim (“Die Teenie-WG”) and the Viennese Tikok star Satansbratan for some time. Other members of the celebrity community had already been revealed, such as ex- “Bachelor” Andrej Mangold and pop singer Achim Petry.
