Now Elon Musk is also actively supporting the Ukrainians. He activated his satellites to provide stable internet in the war zone.
Tesla boss Elon Musk (50) jumps to help the Ukrainians. He activated his Starlink satellites for the country under attack from Russia. He was responding to a request from Ukraine’s digital minister, Mykhailo Fedorov (31), who turned to Musk. He sarcastically noted, “While they are trying to colonize Mars, Russia is trying to occupy Ukraine! While their missiles are successfully returning from space, Russian missiles are attacking the Ukrainian people!”
That’s why he wants Musk to provide Ukraine with Starlink stations. Musk should also ask sensible Russians to get up. : “Starlink service is now active in Ukraine. More terminals are on the way.” and also thanked the Ukrainian ambassador to the USA, Oksana Markarova (45), who had obtained authorization and certification.
Starlink ensures stable internet
Due to the massive attacks by the Russian army, Ukrainians fear that internet connections could collapse very soon. With Musk’s service, however, Ukrainians would still be able to dial into the Internet directly via the satellites. SpaceX has a total of around 2,000 satellites in space that orbit the earth at an altitude of around 550 meters. Musk actually wants to bring the Internet to remote regions of the world with this service.
