Rock band Def Leppard is honored with Hollywood star
British rockers in Hollywood: The hard rock icons of the band Def Leppard are immortalized with a star on the “Walk of Fame”. A famous US rocker celebrates.
The British rock group Def Leppard around singer Joe Elliott finds a permanent place in Hollywood. On October 9th, the hard rock quintet on the “Walk of Fame” in the heart of the film metropolis is to be immortalized with a star badge. There the musicians should be 2,825. Remove star. Def Leppard was founded in 1977 in Sheffield in English. In the 1980s, the quintet with albums such as “Pyromania” and “Hysteria” world success and was included in the “Rock and Roll Hall of Fame” in 2019. In 2023, Def Leppard published the thirteenth studio album with “Drastic Symphonies”. It was included in Abbey Road Studios with the renowned Royal Philharmonic Orchestra. With the exception of guitarist Steve Clark, who died in 1991, Def Leppard has been playing in the same line -up for over 40 years, including lead guitarist Phil Collen and bassist Rick Savage.
In 2023, the hard rock icons Def Leppard (“Pour Some Sugar on Me”) and Mötley Crüe (“Wild Side”) went together on European tour, on which they also played several open-air concerts in Germany.
