In the event of the US rapper Sean “Diddy” Combs (55) convicted of sexual offenses, according to media reports, the public prosecutor calls for a prison sentence of eleven years and three months. The punishment must reflect the way he committed the acts, cited US media from a corresponding court document. Combs had “used freely violence” for decades and caused physical and emotional damage to his victims. The sentence is to be announced on Friday.



The defense of the rapper described the recommendation as “Drakonon”. The defenders had requested a maximum penalty of 14 months. Combs, who sits in the Metropolitan Detention Center in the New York district of Brooklyn, would have already served.

Serious allegations – but only spoken guilty


Combs was arrested about a year ago for allegations of sexual crimes in New York. The public prosecutor had accused him of having abused, threatened and compelled women over the years of fulfilling his sexual wishes.

In a sensational process, jurors spoke him guilty at the beginning of July. However, they found the 55 -year -old owe only in connection with prostitution – the least serious indictment. Regarding innocently, the jurors decided in the charges of the conspiracy for organized crime and human trafficking. If the rapper had been found guilty on all points, he would have threatened a lifelong imprisonment.
