Venus Erotic Fair attracted more than 30,000 visitors to Berlin. With pornstars, fetish lounge and sex dolls, the industry provided deep insights. Pictures of the weekend.
With more than 30,000 visitors and over 270 exhibitors every year, it is the largest erotic and lifestyle fair in the world: Venus. Last weekend the show took place for the 28th time on the Berlin exhibition center. From Thursday to Sunday, fans were able to experience German and international pornstars live, take photos and sometimes even touch their idols. The celebrities in the industry such as Venus ambassador Micaela Schäfer and the American porn star Johnny Sins met newcomers here, networked and sometimes even turned live content.
Venus also had a wide range for fetish fans: in the bizarre lounge, slaves knelt in front of Dominas with champagne glasses. In addition, Kinky could be tried out and tried out and tried on. The trade fair also offered an insight into the potential future of the erotic industry: in addition to human actors, realistically looking sex dolls were presented – for reputation and touching.
Some of the dolls can moan or are heated to body temperature, others even react to salutation. Even more everyday products such as hair removal tools, clothing and hairdressing requirements were also offered at the fair.
However, some visitors also criticized this: “In the meantime, the vacuum cleaner representative has also felt a stand here,” complained a man from Berlin. However, he would come for the mood. “Everyone is so incredibly loose and friendly here, that’s always something special”. The visitor announced that he will come back next year.
