Family life can sometimes be stressful for royals. Prince William tells of occasional overwhelming occasional overwhelming in a rare appearance in a TV series.
His royal tasks are easy for him, but according to his own statement, the challenges as a family man overwhelm Prince William. The British heir to the throne revealed this in an interview with Hollywood star Eugene Levy. In a new episode of the travel series “Vacation with Eugene Levy”, William had a surprising guest appearance. He led the Canadian actor and comedian (“American Pie”, “Schitt’s Creek”) around Windsor Castle and chatted with him in the pub.
Family for William the most important
“Things that have to do with the family overwhelm me a lot,” said William. “Working or stress in the family area – that sometimes overwhelms me.”
Princess Charlotte is ten years old – that’s how she changed
She sits in the grass, laughs at the camera and has bound her long hair into a ponytail: For the tenth birthday of Princess Charlotte, the British royal family has published a new photo that shows the daughter of Prince William and Princess Kate in nature. The recording was taken during a hike in the Lake District National Park in the northwestern English county of Cumbria. Charlotte wears a backpack for the jacket with a leaf motif and blue pants. Unlike the last thing Prince Louis recently, Charlotte’s birthday photo was shot again by her mother, Princess Kate

In his royal job, nothing can get him disturbed. “Even when a few unexpected things come in – that doesn’t knock me out so quickly,” said the 43 -year -old. “However, when it comes to the family, I am quickly overwhelmed. I think that is the case for most people.” Family is the most important thing for him.
Open conversations with the children
Last year it was only with his father, King Charles III, shortly afterwards with his wife, Princess Catherine, cancer. “Life also puts us on the rehearsal,” said William. “But to overcome these challenges, that makes us what we are. I am so proud of my wife and father, how they dealt with the past year.”
His children also dealt well with the situation. “Everyone has their own way of dealing with such things, and children learn and adapt constantly,” said William. “We are a very open family, so we talk about things that deal or burden us – but you never know exactly what consequences this can have. Therefore it is simply important to be there for each other and to convey that everything is fine.”
The heirs to the throne announces change in the monarchy
With a view to the future of the monarchy, the father emphasized that he wanted to create a world in which my son is proud of what we do – in a world and in a profession that actually change people’s lives better. “
Traditions are important and should be preserved. “There are also moments when you look at a tradition and wonder: Is that still up to date today?” Emphasized the heir to the throne. “I can assure that change is on my agenda. A change to the good. I’m not afraid of it. What really inspires me is the idea of being able to change something. No excessively radical changes, but those that are necessary in my opinion.”
The series “Vacation against will with Eugene Levy” (“The Reluctant Traveler”) runs at the streaming service Apple TV+. In addition to Great Britain, Levy also traveled to Austria, Mexico and South Korea.
