Victoria Beckham talks about two disputed brothers

Victoria Beckham has rarely talked about private topics, the more remarkable is her recent words. But what sounded like a comment on the music scene was apparently also an indication of her own family situation.

“I think her mother has to be so happy,” said Beckham about Peggy Gallagher. “It must have been really hard for her that her boys have not spoken to each other all these years. There have been speculation about tensions in Beckham for months. The relationship with her oldest son Brooklyn in particular is considered burdened, if not broken. He is said to have increasingly alienated from his family, most recently he stayed away from his father’s 50th birthday in May and also avoided all family appearances that Mother Victoria’s introduction to her latest fashion collection at the Paris Fashion Week. While Harper, Romeo and Cruz supported their mother in the audience, Brooklyn had no trace.

Apparently there is grief behind the smile of the designer. According to the British media, there has been no contact between Brooklyn and his parents since the end of 2023. Victoria said about her relationship with the children: “I am really very close to my children. Harper is only 14, she still lives at home, just like Cruz, who is 20 years old, I see both every day. Romeo doesn’t live at home anymore, so I see him a little less frequently,” she said, but here too the name Brooklyn never fell here.

According to reports, Victoria is said to have said “enough enough”. During the shooting of her new Netflix documentary, she realized that she could no longer lead the same struggle. One source said: “She knows that one day he will come back, but now is not the right time.”
