Dal Burgo was born as the things that transform are born: from an unexpected turn, a pause and a deep need for reconnection. In the family there was no wine tradition. Carla is a biologist, Facundo agronomist, the younger sister also joined. Sergio, the dad, came from the world of construction and Isabel, the mother, is a geologist and lover of hills. Each on their way until they chose to join to give life to a common project.

Thus they arrived in Animaná in the heart of the Calchaquí valleys. In 2012 they bought land and founded the winery with the idea of growing, selling grapes and making wines for third parties. In 2017, the first wine with its own seal was born, Almandino, inspired by the mineral characteristic of the land. What began with three varietals today was extended to five along with a high -end blend that already conquers palates inside and outside the country.

“Our commitment is to continue deepening the quality of wines, taking care of the natural environment and sharing the essence of the Calchaquí valleys with those who visit us and enjoy our labels,” he said Carla Dal Burgopart of the team that drives this new stage.
A story that joins family, nature and wine. The farm has 20 hectares of vineyards cultivated in a sustainable way, by Daniel Heffner the winemaker in charge. Black irrigation and practices are applied that prioritize the balance of the ecosystem and the preservation of biodiversity. Among its varieties are Torrontés, Sauvignon Blanc, Malbec, Tannat and Cabernet Franc, who faithfully express the richness of this unique terroir.
